I seriously need help. I couldn't install the latest version of Wordpress due to my windows platform. But I could install and import my blogger posts & comments to Wordpress simply by installing an older version of Wordpress.

Then I decided to switch platforms. From Windows to Linux. Great thing is that I can now install the latest version of Wordpress. But I can't import at all. =.= This is driving me crazy.

Should I switch back to Windows platform or what?

Awww...

Bought a domain name for only USD $7.49 per year from domainrightnow and a hosting plan from Eternalsolutions for USD $30 per year.

Mum gave me the go ahead & I use her credit card to pay. :)

Am trying to migrate from Blogger to Wordpress but it's been giving me hell. I work on it all day & still can't get anything out of it. Keep getting the wordpress error message. Argh.

Wanted to update my blog today but...spend the whole day trying to work this thing out & it still didn't work out anyway!

Gonna try again tomorrow! I have to make this work.

It's mum's birthday tomorrow. I only just remembered it today!

15.01.08

Decided to start packing my clothes to bring to Melbourne. Took out my clothes for winter/autumn.
It didn't look like much but after I took them off the hangers & folded 'em up, it became...

This is my blue luggage.

I don't know what made my parents think that it would be enough to hold all my clothes. I weighed the luggage beforehand & already it's 6kg. =.=

Filled it up with my winter/autumn stuff:

Uh-uh. Not going to have enough space. Brought out some of my summer stuff...

Folded 'em...

And then I did my best to stuff it into my luggage.
Had problems closing my luggage after that. Dragged my luggage & weighed it. Only 16kg. I have another 14kg to go but no more luggage.

Never mind that, took out my carry on luggage bag.

And filled it up with these plus my super heavy bathrobe (not shown). That's my coat which is also very heavy so all the more reason to put it in my carry on bag.

Told my mum about the luggages. So I'm getting another luggage to go with my blue one or I'll get a larger luggage & stuff everything in it.

Personally, I'll prefer check in luggages instead of one.

Reasons:
1. If one of my luggage becomes lost, at least I have one more luggage bag to tide me over.
2. My room in Melbourne isn't that big. A huge luggage would be harder to arrange in my room than 2 medium size ones.
3. A huge luggage bag that weighs 30kg is going to be hard to pull & carry. What if I have to climb stairs to get to my room?

Right. That convinces me. I better tell my parents to just get me another similar size luggage. :)
The only thing is I'll be pulling 3 luggages while carrying my laptop in a backpack. But I only have two hands! Nah, I'll figure something out.

*This is a very lame post. I know. But I'm too lazy to write other stuff whereas this is more simple. Heading out to Gurney Plaza with Sze Yee soon. :) Updates on that later.

To the Marketplace

14.01.2008

This morning my mum asked me to go to the market with her. At first I was a bit reluctant as my mum has a way of making me carry everything she buys for her. Then she told me I can choose my own dinner & lunch there. Okay, that sold me, so I went with her.

We separated up. She went for the veges/seafood whereas I went for the food section. Although I haven't been there for a long time. The stall people still remember me. :)

Woman ; I

Woman: You live at X there right?
I: Erm, around there.
Woman: Next to Y building right?
I: Yah yah. (smiles)
Woman: Where's your mum?
I: Oh, buying veges & stuff.
Woman: You din teach her speak Chinese?
I: Nah, she can't!

And on it goes...

I bought myself Char Koay Kak, Ondok-ondok, curry puff and those Chinese New Year ribbon biscuits. Yay. I'm gonna finished it within this week. I totally won't get to celebrate CNY. Maybe just the first 2 or 3 days.

There was this stall set up selling hair pins,bands..etc..at really cheap prices. I couldn't get it any cheaper at shopping centers. Look at what I bought for only RM11. If I bought this at some shop in the mall, it cost maybe RM40 if not more. I'm a real sucker for bargains.

Then saw my favorite corn. One for RM3. My mum bought 3. One for each of us excluding my dad. It's some sort of hybrid corn. Really really sweet. It can even be eaten raw. I've tried. & it tastes just as good.

Chinese New Year is still some weeks away but they're selling those small mandarins! Cute eh? Sweet & juicy, just the way I like 'em.

And I thought it was weird they bringing tourist to temples but apparently they bring them to markets too. Japanese were like touring the market & buying this & that.

Yup. My mum made me carry everything to the car while she shopped for more. Damn heavy some of this stuff. The veges when all put into a plastic bag became really heavy.

___________________________________________________________________

When I was at the market, I finally realised why I hated going to the market.

The stray animals.

I could have taken photos to show you here but I dun want any pictures of suffering animals in my camera.

Sure there were dogs, but there were more cats & cats are the ones that tug at my heart. I had to endure watching them try and scavenge for food and drink water from dirty puddles. Although they were strays they're still really cute kay. Adorable. I even petted some. Most are kittens.

Probably abandon by some irresponsible owner who did not bother to even spay their cats and then their cats become pregnant and give birth to a litter of kittens. What do they do? They just dump the entire litter of kittens in a box at the market. I've seen the kittens in the box before. INHUMAN act. How much does it cost to spay your cat anyway. Doesn't cost you a fortune. I got 3 female cats & all 3 are spayed.

They didn't even bother to give the kitten time to at least grow up. They couldn't even open their eyes kay. They were doomed without milk. Worse part was I couldn't even do a thing about it. Wanna feed it also can't. They probably don't have teeth yet.

Why do people want pure bred cats & dogs anyway? For their looks? To show off? Never can understand why. Someone please enlighten me.

If you buy a pet for their looks it's like saying I'm gonna marry a person for their looks which I know some people do.
It was in the papers a few years back. Some guy wanted to divorce his wife when he found the receipt for her plastic surgery procedure. She did that before they were married and probably before he even met her. He thought his baby daughter looked ugly & when he found the receipt.....

There are so many stray cats & dogs out there that need food, home & love. Why do people even go to pet shops to buy?? The local pound has so many cats & dogs ready for adoption. It's because of us that so many have to be put to sleep everyday.

You pamper your pedigree dogs and cats when you could use that money to feed strays or even donate that money to SPCA or something! It's so unfair. Just because they are strays no one cares about them.

What is your reaction when you see a stray compared to a pure bred? You go " Awww " when you see how cute a pure bred dog/cat looks but when you see a stray you shun them. Because they are dirty? Have ticks? Typical human thinking. Only wanting the best. How superficial.

And of course, the Tanjung Bungah market. There was this one time last year when some animal pound or some association drove up to the market in a van. Took a gun & shot the dog in front of everybody. Kids were crying. They even stuffed a puppy into a bag.

Of course the next day they apologize or something. It's suppose to be against the law or something to shoot animals in public area where everybody is watching. Luckily I wasn't present that day but my mum was. She saw..... yeah.

If you really love cats/dogs you wouldn't buy from pet shops. You would adopt them cause you dun want them to suffer out there. Pet shop animals are guaranteed to sell out anyway. Terrible conditions they have.

I'm ashamed to admit that my aunt is a cat breeder. Pure bred only. & I'm sure that if her cats mate with a stray and gave birth to non pure breds she'll dump the entire litter too. Sigh.

What a society....

Ps. I'm sorry if this post offence anyone out there who supports petshops/pure breds. This is just how I feel & I dun expect people to feel the same way I do.

A bit late but...

11.01.08

Mum bought this new wireless mouse cause the computer's mouse has gone wacko. Summore Microsoft brand. I stared at her in horror. I bought myself a normal Logitech mouse with wires that only cost RM36 & she bought herself THAT (RM95)!!!

She asked me to help her set it up & teach her how to use this new mouse. Right. So I opened it up. I thought all wireless mouse have rechargeable batteries like the one I gave my bro. Turns out this "high-tech" mouse runs on non-rechargeable battery. Yup. Only 1 AA battery.

Again I stared at my mum in horror. OMG. I was imagining the number of AA batteries it's gonna consume. Then I saw the packaging again. One battery is suppose to last up to 6months? How can that be right?? Beats me. It's her AA batteries & her money. What a battery eating mouse.

12.01.2008

I've been sleeping at 8am & waking up at 8pm for the past few days. Pure bliss. I knew I was going out with my mum early today. 9am. So if I slept at 8am, I'll be getting only one hour of sleep. Instead I chose not to sleep at all & left the house with my mum at 9am.

Yup. No sleep at all. Spend the night watching movies/gaming/reading books.

Mum drove us to the temple down town. I dunno exactly where. Near the jetty maybe?
Wanted to pray for my plane flight to Melbourne to be smooth without any problems arising. Paranoid I know.

When I was at the temple, saw loads of people praying, then I started questioning my own faith. Other people seem to BELIEVE more than I do which made me feel kind of weird. After studying so much Science I guess my brain has become more scientific & less.........
Oh I don't know. Forget it.

After praying, & I did really pray. Not the fake put your palms together & stare around, not concentrating at all type. I do hope my journey will be smooth & I won't be encountering any difficulties/problems.

Then my mum asked to do the..... I don't know what is it called exactly but it's sorta a ceremony and it's suppose to keep you safe & at peace for a year. It's a yearly thing. I don't know how effective it is but my mum has been having the ceremony on our family done for years. Took the family package instead of the individual package. Possibly cheaper I don't know. Then again my family members consist of only 4 people including me. I guess if you had a huge family then it would be more worth it. Cost couple of hundred, almost 400. The usual rate. I heard every temple charges a different price tho. I've been going to this temple like forever...as in since I was young!

First the guy there jots down our family details. Names, gender, birth date, addresses...etc
See 4 of it? I guess it's suppose to represent each of us. It's gonna be left in the temple for exactly one year I think. Hence have to do the ceremony each year.

Of the 4 family members that should be present only me & my mum was. So we brought personal belongings of the other 2 people (Dad & Bro) not present. Basically, the ceremony was over kinda quick. It just involved the monk chanting and using a bell & ringing it over us.

Felt awkward at first as there were western tourist there & they were sort of staring. But I got used to the staring as I've attended this ceremony thing a couple of times. If anyone knows the name of the ceremony in English, let me know. I only know it in Hokkien.

After that we went all over the temple and prayed.

When we finished it was only 10 something. Was going to go New World Park for lunch but it doesn't open so early so off we went to Gurney Plaza. Went to Manilla's Place for breakfast.

I din want to take a breakfast set cause I know I will never finish eating it. :) On the breakfast menu, there was this pick your own breakfast. So I did.

A croissant with butter, wedges, 2 scrambled eggs, a hashbrown and chocolate crush. Not too bad. Kinda like my breakfast.

Mum chose one of their breakfast set that had chicken ham but she ask them to hold the chicken ham. She's a semi vegetarian. Only eats seafood & greens. No meat.

Then we went to buy dinner. My dinner is pretzels by the way. I know. Unhealthy. But I like it that way.

Saw coconut candy! Bought it since I haven't eaten one in a long long time. :) Is good.

Bought a passport holder & more travel adapters for me so my electrical stuff can work/charge in Australia.

When we reach home I think it was 12 something maybe? Saw a letter for me in the mailbox. Awww. From Monash Residential Services. Receipt to show I paid the Aus $ 400.
Check out the date. 26th December. & the date today? 12th January. Snail post? 17 days to reach.

These shoes are suppose to be Hush Puppies. Cost a couple of hundreds yet so uncomfortable! I bought it 1 or 2 years ago but never got around to wearing so decided to give it a go today. Never again! Heavy! I thought my feet were gonna break. I was like trying to lift my feet together with the shoe up every time I took a step. Really heavy. A total waste of money. I should have used that money to buy another pair of comfortable Nike shoes instead.

At around 2 I decided to take a nap. Guess the time i woke up from my so called "nap"?

12.30am.
Right after midnight eh. So here I am tapping away at my notebook while eating my dinner. Yum. I guess it's back to 8am sleeping time for me. :)

I need to clean my room soon. Hope to start tomorrow & clear my mess up. :) Let's see if I can wake up early enough to do it or I might have to postpone again!

08.01.2008

Was Patrick's birthday. Happy birthday. :)

Went to MSL with my mum in the morning. Paid for my SIA flight. They gave me this.
& inside it were these...

This is a newspaper cutout my mum gave me. Must remember to go to terminal 3.

Also did the International Student Card (ISIC). Not going to put up a picture of my card. Haha. My photo on my ISIC is hideous. That's what you get with instant photos. Tsk. Puff up like a balloon or a moon if you like. Stick with negatives. Take longer but they are still the best (for me anyway).

Near MSL was this coffee shop (kopitiam). They have dim sum & loads of people were eating there hence almost no parking space. Mum & I were hungry so we decided what the heck. Eat dim sum there. It's been a long time since we ate dim sum anyway. No picture I'm afraid. Was hungry & I totally forgot about taking pictures. :p

After that mum dropped me at Gurney Plaza to meet up with Patrick. He wasn't there yet so I went & checked out the bookshops. I need new story books. :)
Saw what I wanted but din buy it. Wait till my mum goes with me so she can pay for me too. Genius eh? Haha.

Had lunch with Patrick at Dome. I wasn't really hungry due to the dim sum earlier on. You guys know how filling dim sum can be. Especially the fried ones which I prefer over the steamed dim sum.

Guess which food/drink is the most expensive when I saw the bill???

Right. Who would have thought? The drink! Choc-a-Block cost like RM16. Drink cost more than food? It's just whipped cream, ice, coffee, chocolate,milk...confused?

I saw Jingle & Rosa too! That's twice since they came back for holidays.

Bought movie tickets for Rendition. Which is 18++ too. Funny, they din ask for my IC again! =.= Then again, it was a school day so how could I be watching unless I ponteng classes right? Who hasn't ponteng classes to go catch a movie before? So I really look older than 18 eh? Right.

Rendition wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be. It was the cast that attracted me. Actually it was just 2 of the cast : Jake Gyllenhal & Reese Witherspoon. Yup. But even they couldn't save the movie. I just didn't like it.

Went to see Lau Say Teong working his salesman talk on some westerner. One word: Hilarious. I kept laughing. I actually took a video of it but I dun have the video neither would I post it up. Haha. I'll just mention it here briefly. The guy din buy anything in the end.

Walked to Bellisa Row with Patrick for dinner. I wanted to take a taxi actually cause I wasn't sure how long we would have to walk for but he said walking is good & that I should learn. Haha.

In Melbourne next month, I won't have a car & no, I mustn't spend all my money on taxis when I have a pair of good legs! So good exercise. I walked. There & back again to Gurney Plaza after eating.

After some thinking, chose the Italian pizza place for dinner. Now I can't remember the name but I do know it's Italian. They have great tiramisu cake. I always did love did love tiramisu and no one makes it like the Italians do. :)

Looks like I'm chewing. But I ain't too sure myself.

After that we hop over to Haagen Dazs for some ice cream. I don't have photos of my ice cream as I was too eager to eat it up. Yum yum.
My cheeks look like those of a chipmunk right??? Theodore!

Looks drunk right???

Walked back to Gurney Plaza again. Policemen were doing road blocks. Checking out cars. Made me feel safer as I hate to walk to a place in the dark. Might get mug. Call me paranoid but I can't risk losing my IC & other cards. No ATM/credit card tho. Heads will roll if I get mugged. My head in particular. I got this mum, & she's good in screaming so......

Sat at Starbucks. Waited for my dad to pick me up at around 11pm.

Surprisingly, I wasn't all that tired. In fact I went to sleep at 8.30am. And of course I didn't wake up until 8.30pm courtesy of my mum phoning me up.

Missed my lunch so I had dinner instead. No sleep for me again tonight.

Yay! Plane Tickets!

I slept at 7am in the morning but my mum dragged me up at 10am. 3 hours of sleep. Tonight, I'm going to sleep way earlier.

She fetched me down to MSL. I still did not have a plane ticket then although I booked almost 3 months ago. Actually I have, but it's only the Singapore-Melbourne flight & no connecting flight from Penang-Singapore. Fancy having to find a way down to Singapore.

Mum & I decided that any plane company is better than no flight at all. So, we decided upon Malaysian Airlines. MSL still had 4 seats left from their block. Mr. Thomas was not in, the lady told us to come back at around 2pm. Awww, should have called before setting off.

No biggie. Mum fetch us to the Prontip Thai Restaurant for their Thai buffet. It's really cheap. Around RM10 per person. Mum loves Thai food. =.= I'm not really into Thai food as a lot of it is spicy.

By the time we finished it was only 1pm or so. Then we headed to Prima Tanjung. Collected my new spectacles. I'm still not used to it! I get kind of dizzy & have to squint at everything! Did I mention it's really ugly? & makes me look like a total nerd. Geez.

Bought Choux Puff (cream puff to me ) at RITZ Cake & Pastry. Love their cakes. Expensive but you know what they say. You pay for what you get. Good things don't come cheap. One box has 6. Bought one box for me & one for my mum. My bro got 2 Sugee cakes to bring to school. LOL.

It wasn't even near 2pm yet when we finished so decided to go on home first.

Half an hour later, set off again. Back to MSL. Mr. Thomas was in. He said the Singapore Airlines connecting flight for 09/02/08 still haven't been confirmed. So mum told him we'll take Malaysian Airlines then. Actually Malaysian Airlines is cheaper than Singapore Airlines cause Singapore Airlines doesn't offer student price for one way flights which is what I'm taking. No point paying for 1 year return & not knowing exactly when I'll be coming back to Penang. Might decide to do my part 2 diploma which is equal to Year one University instead of coming back to Penang.

That way I can finish my course faster. :)

Mum paid a non-refundable deposit of RM500. Actually he said if the Singapore Airlines connecting flight becomes available & someone wants my Malaysian Airlines flight, then he'll transfer the RM500 to my SIA flight. Swell.

As we reach our house, my mum's cellphone rang. It was MSL. Guess what?? The Singapore Airlines connecting flight has been confirmed! Yipee! & he transfered my RM500 deposit over to my SQ flight. :)) Tomorrow have to go down to MSL again to make the full payment.

Few days ago, I send Singapore Airlines an email, asking them if there will ever be a connecting flight available, if not tell me so that I can find an alternative flight.

When I got home, opened my email, & their reply was in my inbox.

" Dear Ms Loh,

Traditionally, the Chinese New Year period has always been our peak season travel and flights are always full many months ahead. Although our flights are full, we have decided to commit the morning flight to you in order for you to go back to Melbourne. Your booking is now confirmed as follows:

This is the best we can do under the circumstances and we hope that you will advise your agent to proceed to ticket your ticket on or before 10Jan to avoid having your booking being cancelled.

Thank you for choosing to fly on Singapore Airlines and I take this opportunity to wish you a prosperous and happy Chinese New Year. "

Hmmm, so was it my email that did it or were they going to make the morning flight available anyway? Wistful thinking.

I want the evening connecting flight but since it's not available so to hell with it. I'll just spend the whole day at Changi Airport. I need Singapore dollars to spend! :)

I'll confirm my exact flying date & time as well as my arrival date & time tomorrow.

Acceptance offer from college : √ check
Pay half of tuition fees : √ check
Health cover (One year) : √ check
Medical check up: √ check
Student visa (up till September 2011) : √ check

Right. I'm all set. :)

Dell Inspiron 1520 arrives...

Yesterday ( 05/01/08 ), my bro's Dell Inspiron 1520 in Midnight Blue arrived. I actually ordered it for him via the Dell website on 28/12/07. So it took them around 9 days to deliver it. Below are pictures of it:

If you ask me, this is really quite a bulky laptop. Compared to my XPS M1330 which is much slimmer & lighter, Inspiron 1520 is good only if you're not going to be lugging it around everywhere.

The Inspiron 1520 price range is quite affordable & has many colours but the weight is kills. Sheer bulk. But you get to enjoy a nifty 15.4 inches screen. For me, I dun really need big screens, I prefer small screens, that's why I'm perfectly comfortable with handhelds.

Got this off the Dell website:

Dell's Most Recent Award

HWM Silver Award

DellTM InspironTM 1520
Positive review (8.5/10, HWM Silver Award)
– Hardware Magazine Malaysia, August 2007

There's a new Dell Inspiron range out & it's called the Dell Inspiron 1525 which is a successor to the Dell Inspiron 1520. Inspiron 1525 is not available in Malaysia yet but it's way better than the Inspiron 1520.

In addition to the original 8 different colours, there are 4 other cool, eye catching patterns available. The Inspiron 1525 is also 25% smaller, 30% slimmer and almost half a pound lighter than the Inspiron 1520.

I'm wished my bro had waited for the Inspiron 1525 but when we ordered, we had no idea the Inspiron 1525 existed. Well, technically it doesn't, not yet anyway in Malaysia. I wonder how long before it becomes available in Malaysia?

I can't decide which new pattern I like best. I'll definitely go for either the purple one or the black one with white stripes. :)

Shopping @ Queensbay Mall

04/01/2008

Yah, this is the day my mum took me to Queensbay Mall to buy my stuff.

First we had lunch at Sushi King. I know I eat like a bird. Yup, I do. I dun like to eat a lot & feel so stuffed. I prefer eating bit by bit every hour.

See that ice cream wafer thingy? There were 4 originally. Mum ate one before I could snap a picture. We ordered that Red Bean Ice-Cream Wafer. They chopped it into 4 pieces & we both ate 2 each. I still prefer my ice cream in either a bowl or a cone. No other way will do. My nerve endings in my teeth are sensitive (Okay, I made that up, but I think they really are!). My teeth feel the pain if I drink/eat something that is way too cold for it.

Walked up from Sushi King & we saw Swatch. So my mum was like : "you wanna buy it now or later? " Then I was like "Now lah, here adee wurt."

So in we went. Went thru all the watches in the shop. Couldn't decide. I did find some that I like very much. Like this one: Not nice meh??? Haha. It looks like a classic with the black & white & snake detailing. It's leather too. So called the sales girl over ( I told my mum it's a girl but she insist it's a guy. Just cause her name tag is a guy's name & her hairstyle is like a guy doesn't make her one kay. A girl!) & she took down that watch to let me try.

Heavens! It may not look big. The watch I mean. But the diameter is big kay. I couldn't even see my wrist after I put it on. Yah, not the watch fault right, it's my wrist! I got one thin wrist, can even see the bone sticking out! So, that watch was out!

Tried others. Love those super flat looking watches. But I guess in order to make their watches so flat & thin, they had to compromise by expanding the diameter of the watch sideways. & the problem presented itself again! I see the watch, don't see my own wrist! I like being able to my own wrist okay.

So... in the end bought this watch. Snake skin detailing & leather too. Same as the first one I wanted. But in a different colour. This is like a multi colour snake skin! Also RM280.
When my mum was gonna pay, the salesgirl suddenly said this watch got two types of colours. & she showed me this one. The original one I picked was sorta more greenish & of a lighter colour which suit what I was wearing that day. =.= I hate choices. & I picked this one cause it's of a darker colour & won't fade that easily like she said. :)

Now check out my super weird wrist!
I always hated how my bone sticks up at where my wrist is. Even this watch is kinda big for my wrist right? I can never wear those nice big watches that have those excellent patterns on them!

Next stop, Digital Bay on the 3rd floor. Lots of computer stuff there. Went to this shop inside there. It had like everything I needed. So my mum turn on her bargaining skills which sucks kay. Haha. Still, we manage to get a discount on practically everything I bought which added up to RM500++.

First, we check out the notebook cooler. Suppose to buy one for me & one for my bro. Actually I already do have one. But it's not that effective even with the 3 fans it has. I leave my laptop on practically the whole day & seldom shut down except to put it to sleep or hibernate.

I bought this one. It was RM175 but he said sell to us for RM170. Lol. I took it of course. He said guarantee that even if I use my notebook for more than 4 hours it won't overheat as there are hundreds of holes for the air to come out & 2 fans at the bottom on the notebook cooler to bring air in. And the notebook cooler is made out of aluminum which absorbs the heat or something.

Tada! & it's really more quiet compared to my last notebook cooler. :) Can hardly hear the fan. No more noise pollution.

For my bro, we got him the same notebook cooler as my last one. Well, he's not going to be using his notebook as much I am.

Here's my old notebook cooler (white) & my bro's new notebook cooler (black).
The guy wanted to sell it to us for RM45.

Then when we were paying,

Mum: We bought an exactly same notebook cooler at the PC fair for only RM36.
Guy: Original price is RM60++, now we selling only RM45 only.
Mum: Can't you give us RM36?? Since we bought so much from you.
Guy : (nods his head)

This is how my mum bargains. Who asks nicely can give or can't give? Lol. But it worked anyway.

We also bought a 2GB pendrive for my bro. In fact it's the same as my pendrive too. :) When I bought mine I couldn't decide to get it in white or black but I pick white in the end. Now I chose black for my bro. Haha. So it's like having both.

Bought it for RM80 only although originally it's RM85. I think I bought mine for RM85 at the PC fair too. Here's my pendrive & my bro's. The siblings pendrive. :)

Next, was my notebook backpack. I have to pull two separate luggage at the airport. No extra hands to carry my notebook right? So that's where the backpack comes in.
I know this backpack is REALLY ugly but dun look down on this baby kay. More expensive than my school bag too. Haha. RM135 but he sold to us for RM130. Lots of compartments to put adapters/ cable/ CDs. Worth it right? Can fit my notebook in easily of course. I can't remember for 14 inches notebooks or 15.
Other things that my mum bought for me includes cable lock, headphones/mic & USB hub.

Put those in the car first. Damn heavy. =.= Then came back to do more shopping. MNG sales in Queensbay Mall has more & different clothes compared to MNG sales in Island Plaza. Finally got my raincoat. In fire engine red no less. There was yellow too. But it look really really yellow which disgust me. Lol.

Cost Rm130 I think but my mum was thinking about those times when it's raining cats & dogs but I have to attend my lectures on campus, hence a raincoat. Umbrellas could be blown inside out with strong winds.
Also bought another brown turtleneck. But it's a dress this time. Very very warm. I plan to sleep in it. Haha. During winter.

Also went to to Borders. Story books are my fav, I being a bookworm. Still waiting for some books that are still out of stock!

I saw this sign in Queensbay. I won't say where. :)
Sales people really have a short career lifespan eh? 25 years old and below??Isn't that a bit extreme? We have racist, sexist... is this agist? It's sexist anyway, only wanting females. Lol.

When we left Queensbay Mall, it was like 5pm. The bridge jam was awesome. The back flow was terrible. Lucky for us, we dun live on the mainland.
